Abstract
Bossin showed that just three invasive mosquito species drive French Polynesia's disease and nuisance burden, carrying dengue, Zika and chikungunya to people and avian malaria that has pushed endemic birds towards extinction. He reported that ILM's Sterile Insect Technique has effectively removed mosquito nuisance at The Brando on Tetiaroa and is now scaling towards larger islands.
