Abstract
Lison de Loma set a 2030 goal of transforming island food systems towards self-sufficiency, against 80% import reliance and fragmented value chains. Targets include doubling organic production, halving pesticide use and moving Moorea and Tahiti to 100% sustainable fishing, with schools and tourism as high-leverage entry points.
