Abstract
Kleykamp presented a funder's view of impact measurement and management, distinguishing investor from company impact and outputs from outcomes across the foundation's four portfolios. She advocated building a Theory of Change by starting at intended impact and working backward, cautioning (via a Kenyan water-filter example) that context is paramount and metrics must be useful to partners.
